A guaranteed monthly salary is in place for full-time staff, with additional pay based directly on your productivity to give you control over your earning potential. A new mental and behavioral health clinic is now serving the Lane County area and we are seeking counselors to join our team, including PhD, PsyD, LPC, LMFT, and LCSW professionals that are licensed in Oregon. We plan to serve a diverse population with varied needs, so all specialties are welcome. The flexibility of a private practice with the backing of a clinic.

Pay and Benefits

Part-time: Up to $90.00 per hour

Full-time: Generous, productivity-based pay, with a guarantee of $3,000 per month from the start

Benefit Conditions: Waiting period may apply, Only full-time employees eligible

Benefits: Flexible schedule, Health Insurance, Dental insurance, Disability insurance, Life insurance, Simple IRA plan contributions

Supplemental pay generously matched to your productivity

COVID-19 precautions are in place and practiced with care for all of our staff and clients. Telehealth appointments are available and office space precautions are inplace for in-person office time.
